Hello, my name is Charles.  I was born in Ohio and moved to Florida in the late 70’s.  I attended high school in the Central Florida area.  I got my first tattoo in 1995 from Sailor Bill and since then I have been hooked.  I continued getting tattooed at Tattoo Time by Marty.  In 1999 I asked Sailor Bill if I could apprentice under him and learn how to tattoo.  I have been at the shop ever since.  I have had the chance to work with several different artists over the years, and have met many great people in the tattoo industry through Sailor Bill.  I like the family atmosphere at Tattoo time and feel it is a good fit for me.  I have been a member of the National Tattoo Association, the Alliance of Professional Tattooists and the Florida Professional Tattoo Artists Guild since 2005.  Currently I am only working part-time, but thank you for checking me out.  I hope to see you at Tattoo Time when you visit the shop.
